Refund Policy

we will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the DIY Garments and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

Mode Of Refund Payment

Once the item is cancelled, the refund is processed after the product has been picked up from the delivery location.

You can choose to get your refund either in the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets or UPI Account) or to your Pepperfry Wallet


  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by transportation agencies
  • Package refused by the recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and use premium raw material so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

How to Initiate a Cancellation Request?

  • Go to the My Orders section in your ‘My Account’
  • Click the ‘Cancel Item’ button against the Item you want to cancel.
  • If you checked out as a Guest User (i.e. you have not registered on, please get in touch with our Customer Service team to initiate a cancellation.
